Cancellation policy
1. Purchase Options
SqueezeBuddies™ offers flexible purchase options designed for convenience and transparency:
- One-Time Purchase: Customers may buy products individually at standard prices.
- Bundle Offers: Discounted bundles provide value savings and are processed as a single order.
- Limited-Time Discounts: Occasionally, promotional discounts are applied automatically during checkout or via bundle widgets.
All product prices displayed are in USD unless otherwise stated. Taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
2. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
In the event of an error (duplicate payment, wrong quantity, or shipping info), please contact +13079985800 within 12 hours of purchase.
3. Cancellation Policy
We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase only if the order has not yet been fulfilled or shipped.
To cancel, email hello@squeezebuddies.com , with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for cancellation
Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but customers may still request a return or exchange (see our Return Policy).
